SANDRA HERDERING
I’m the founder of S.HE Business, the face of the company and the head of the S.HE Business and H.E.R. People Business brands. I’m a visionary of strategies and processes, scaling companies purposefully, methodically and efficiently. I know exactly which processes require what systems and organisational units.
I’m convinced that by being our authentic selves, showing full personal dedication and an openness to new ideas, extraordinary things are here for the taking.
My companies include my family, which strengthens me every day and allows me a different perspective. I have unbridled energy and been a passionate Mum for over 16 years. I love all things nature, farming, mountains and sunshine.
Also, I’ve a fair amount of resilience, garnered over 20 years of entrepreneurial activity as well as challenges in private life encountered along the way.
